Ever since then I have been studying and applying them.

As for so many others, my agile journey started with Scrum and Kanban. Recently I took the step from the project level to the organizational level. To do so, one needs a framework which allows and enables scaling these methods.

The best and most widely used one is SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework). I started reading and understanding it a few years back, continued to use it – or rather parts of it – occasionally and then decided to commit to it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Learning & Understanding” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css_animation=”fadeIn” css=”.vc_custom_1539074666709{margin-top: -15px !important;margin-bottom: -5px !important;}”][gem_dropcap style=”big” gradient_backgound=”1″ gradient_backgound_angle=”to left” letter=”T” gradient_backgound_from=”#dbdbdb” gradient_backgound_to=”#1b2631″][vc_column_text]he first step in this direction was to become a Certified SAFe® Agilist (CSA). This helped me a lot in understanding the finer points and intricacies of the framework.

But I wanted more. I wanted to be able to help others recognize the potential of SAFe® and – after that – help them to implement it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_custom_heading text=”Teaching & Implementing” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css_animation=”fadeIn” css=”.vc_custom_1539074673938{margin-top: -15px !important;margin-bottom: -5px !important;}”][gem_dropcap style=”big” gradient_backgound=”1″ gradient_backgound_angle=”to left” letter=”C” gradient_backgound_from=”#dbdbdb” gradient_backgound_to=”#1b2631″][vc_column_text]onsequently, I went ahead and became a Certified SAFE®Program Consultant (SPC).

While being an SA is really good for understanding the lean-agile principles better, as a Program Consultant I got trained to train others. This allows me to spread the word, share my own knowledge with others and enable them to get certified, and – much more important – to improve how their respective organizations work.

I am now helping companies by guiding them through the whole change process of becoming a lean-agile organization and get all the related benefits from this transformation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][gem_image effects_enabled=”1″ src=”25060″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1539074543977{margin-top: 100px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Want to talk about SAFe?” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css_animation=”fadeIn” css=”.vc_custom_1538740195805{margin-top: -15px !important;margin-bottom: -5px !important;}”][vc_btn title=”Get in Touch” style=”flat” color=”danger” align=”center” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fsascha-kasper.com%2Fstaging%2Fcontact%2F||target:%20_blank|” css=”.vc_custom_1538740291659{margin-top: 50px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
